Our name (Hi Tea) and picture logo represent our core belief: bringing happiness through tea. Every drink and dish we offer is thoughtfully selected to create a welcoming experience for our customers while sharing flavors inspired by Hong Kong cuisine and tea culture.

I had their boba tea and it was delicious. I wish I bought food because it smelled so good. The sit down area is clean, well lit, and the decor is really cute. They also sell packaged snacks and coffee tumblrs. The staff were really friendly. I will certainly be going there again!
Hands down, best bubble tea I have had in the US. No question. I make excuses to visit Syracuse to go here. The tea is great, the staff is friendly, and the space is cozy and welcoming.
